She is also a Nurse. She helped me attain the daily goals and eating habits I wanted for my unique body to feel healthy. She understands we’re all made differently and such should be our wellness plans. Her basic yoga stretches helped with the core strength I needed as well. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBeginner stage 1 starts with basic yoga poses and stretches, breathing and exploring how far we can go within each exercise
