Your first lessonI go over the game rules and then get comfortable just by the ball over the net while getting to know you and analyzing your athleticism.
Lesson 4-10You will be basically a pro!
Lesson 2-3We really dive into technique and start to learn how to hit the ball and where to hit it
What you need to bringPlease bring water, towel, any snacks and a paddle.
If you don’t have a paddle I can provide one.
