Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOverall strategy of how game is played; learn how to keep score. Introduce the serve & dinking.
Lesson 11+Learn advanced skills & strategy. Add spin, pace & placement to serves. Learn patience & we will practice- practice & drill until you are so good you love the game more than when you started 😎
Lesson 4-10Teach how to volley at net. Learn how to work your way up to net thru transition zone. Learn correct technique to hiring great forehand & backhand drive. Learn how & when to lob. Learn more about dinking & speed ups.
Lesson 2-3Work on serve & return with purpose & placement. Learn court position, foot work & beginner strategy.
Youth players
Working with kidsWilling & able to work with kids of all ages. This game is for everyone.

What you need to bringWorkout clothes; preferably good court shoes. Bring water, paddle & smile to have some fun!!
