Your first lessonQuick discussion and physical assessment along with equipment assessment, skill level assesment and then it depends on the student. What the desired outcome is based on our conversation. The next group of lessons will be strategically built based upon that. We will definitely use video and technology to analyze and strategize the plan going forward
