Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill be addressed with your knowledge and where you see yourself changing. Then working on the knowledge that you have. 

Lesson 11+ we address whatever the catch is. Or we make up games that you enjoy the most that allow you to coach yourself, on down the road. 
Lesson 4-10We will overcome any hitches or problems that arise. 
Lesson 2-3We will have found out where your strengths are and make it fun.
