Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI'd like to see where we are talent wise so we'll play catch. Take some defense (ground balls and fly balls) and swing the bat at the end.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonJust play catch and swing the bat a bit to see where we are at.
Lesson 11+If it's pitching, hitting, or defense. They'll now have become a better player.
Lesson 4-10They'll start get a hang of it and be smashing the ball around the field.
